DIMENSIONS played a pivotal role in shaping and executing the media strategy behind the General Tourism Authority’s tourist visa launch in October 2019, amplifying its visibility and elevating its presence across the media landscape. Prior to that, in June 2019, it contributed to the momentum of Saudi Seasons, helping frame an initiative that redefined Saudi Arabia’s positioning as a leading global tourism destination. More recently, DIMENSIONS has partnered with the Tourism Development Fund to design and activate impactful media campaigns, reinforcing the Fund’s visibility and expanding its influence within the tourism sector.
DIMENSIONS led the design and execution of end-to-end strategic communication plans for the Investors Services Agency over the course of a full year, shaping media content across traditional and digital platforms while also developing official speeches and a range of corporate communication tools that reinforced institutional voice and coherence. In parallel, it contributed to one of the most prominent Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives by reviewing and refining the content of the Public Investment Fund’s flagship program report, crafting its core messaging, and producing associated press releases and news materials—ensuring communication that was clearer, more unified, and greater in impact across all channels.
The scope of work spans a sustained track record of high-level institutional reporting, including the production of the Ministry of Energy’s annual reports for five consecutive years (2017–2021), the first annual report of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources in 2020, and the inaugural annual report of the Water and Electricity Regulatory Authority for the same year. It further extends to the development and design of the 2021 statistical yearbook for the Kingdom’s electricity and water sectors, culminating most recently in the preparation of the 2025 annual report for the Water Transmission Company—reflecting a commitment to precision, depth, and strategic reporting excellence.
DIMENSIONS has led the development and execution of a broad portfolio of media projects and annual reports for several key development funds and banks, most notably the National Development Fund, along with the Tourism Development Fund, the Saudi Export-Import Bank, and others—each delivered in alignment with the highest standards of professional excellence.
DIMENSIONS partnered with Dammam Airports Company (DACO) to lead the media execution surrounding the launch of its new identity and strategy, while also developing its 2018 annual report and shaping bilingual website content in both Arabic and English. Building on this experience, in 2021 it collaborated with the Saudi Railway Company (SAR) to design and implement communication and media relations plans, produce and manage creative media content, and conduct comprehensive media monitoring and analysis. This engagement also extended to reviewing the company’s corporate communication strategy and contributing to media activities supporting the launch of the National Transport and Logistics Strategy.
With the launch of the General Entertainment Authority, DIMENSIONS worked alongside the Authority to shape its communication strategy and media positioning within the Kingdom’s entertainment sector, reinforcing its role as a key outcome of Saudi Vision 2030. It also led the media coverage of the Authority’s inaugural events, produced and distributed content across multiple platforms, and reviewed and enhanced the messaging of its official X account, significantly elevating its media presence and public reach.
