NDF Media & Content Management Project

During 2024–2025, DIMENSIONS led the National Development Fund’s media and content management project end-to-end, shaping content, directing messaging strategy, and orchestrating distribution across multiple channels—strengthening the Fund’s presence while ensuring full consistency across all communications. In parallel, it developed the Fund’s 2022 and 2023 annual reports in both Arabic and English, delivering a fully integrated output that clearly captures achievements and reinforces institutional communication with confidence and impact.

Tourist Visa Launch Event

The event was reinforced through the coordination of ministerial interviews that supported the media campaigns and ensured a unified, consistent message across all channels of communication. At the same time, regular analytical reports were produced to track and assess media coverage throughout the event, offering a precise and real-time understanding of the media landscape. In addition, press releases were crafted to capture the event’s importance and strategically amplify its reach and overall impact.

Launch of the Saudi Railway Company (SAR)

This launch involved orchestrating Dr. Bashar Al-Malik’s television appearances as CEO of SAR, ensuring a polished public presence and the delivery of clear, purpose-driven messaging. Alongside this, comprehensive event reports were developed to systematically capture key achievements, while media monitoring reports delivered in-depth analytical insights into coverage, strengthening the overall effectiveness and responsiveness of communication efforts.

Coverage of the “Next” Festival Events

DIMENSIONS led the media coverage of the “Next” Festival for leading brands, organized by King Abdullah Economic City in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce and Investment and the Mohammed bin Salman Foundation “Misk.” The work included coordinating media appearances for city officials, developing press reports, and producing continuous media monitoring reports throughout the event to ensure informed, real-time coverage management. From 2015 to 2020, DIMENSIONS further supported King Abdullah Economic City through a comprehensive media mandate that encompassed editorial production, publishing, event coverage, and media relations management. This extended scope also included speechwriting and presentation development, article publication, and website content review—forming a fully integrated communications function that significantly enhanced the city’s media visibility and narrative cohesion.

Misk Foundation 10-Year Anniversary Celebration

This encompassed the development of a comprehensive public relations strategy for the Misk Foundation’s 10-year anniversary celebrations, alongside the strategic design and execution planning of its associated communication activities. It also included the full management of the media center for the 6th edition of the Misk Global Forum 2022 in November 2022, ensuring seamless media monitoring and analysis. In addition, the scope encompassed comprehensive media monitoring and analytical reporting, alongside the systematic documentation and coverage of Misk’s outreach tours across multiple regions of the Kingdom.

“Khuta” Newsletter Preparation

This project covered the development and production of the monthly “Khuta” newsletter for the Development Ecosystem throughout 2024. It featured in-depth interviews with senior executives from development funds and banks, while also spotlighting success stories and reporting the latest news and updates. The newsletter captured the breadth of the development landscape and the diversity of its initiatives, achieving strong reach and engagement across social media platforms, along with notable attention from official stakeholders. This solidified its role as a prominent media platform that highlights developmental impact and reflects its progress.

Communications and Media Plan for “SADAD Committee”

The communications and media plan for the “SADAD Committee” was executed to ensure full alignment and consistency of messaging across all media outputs. It also involved supervising the production of a series of short films designed to raise awareness of the committee’s initiatives and reinforce its core messages through a compelling visual narrative that reflects its objectives and amplifies its overall impact.

Saudi Census Project

DIMENSIONS executed the media plan for the Saudi Census project, under the supervision of the General Authority for Statistics, through to the announcement of its results in May 2023. The scope included the development and production of awareness-driven media content emphasizing the census’s national importance, along with the preparation of specialized reports tracking its progress and outcomes. It also encompassed drafting official speeches for key project occasions, ensuring a coherent, consistent, and clearly articulated message across all communication channels.

GOSI Strategy Launch Program

This included the successful delivery of all requirements for the General Organization for Social Insurance’s 2018 media launch awareness program, alongside the development and execution of an integrated strategy to strengthen the organization’s visibility across traditional media and social media platforms. The scope further extended to the preparation of GOSI’s inaugural Governance and Social Responsibility Report for 2025, reflecting its institutional commitments and performance in a structured and comprehensive format.
